I had visited this location for the first time over the Holidays. The staff here were very friendly. The food was awesome. Loved the Pulled Pork with Coleslaw. The Baked Potato Casserole I highly recommend. I recall Luis who had helped with my order. He was professional and gave great food suggestions. There was also a tall blonde, don’t recall her name. She was just a delight. She was cleaning tables. So friendly and a great sense of humor. Restaurant was being put back in order as I had come in right after lunch rush. I will be coming back. Thank you for making my visit so positive!
Love Dickeys BBQ, have ordered carryout brisket to serve at the last 2 holiday family dinners - ordered sliced both times and received chopped both times :( Addition 12/23 - I love when I step into Dickey's and that fabulous smell of roasted meat overwhelms my senses. Tonight's dinner was the 2 meat plate - I ordered pulled pork & chopped brisket. Once again the brisket was pulled not chopped...? It still tasted wonderful.
I recently catered Dickeys BBQ for an event of 30+ people. Not only did the food arrive in a timely manner, but it was warm, well packaged, and ready to serve to hungry folks. It is a very nice feeling that for once the food is not the most stressful part of a party! Thank you Dickeys!
Best barbecue in town. 10/10 would recommend. Catering service is quite nice as well.
Edit: had it catered again for a event. Delivery staff was quite helpful in setting up the food and the food came hot and ready to eat. Glad they put a lot of thought into it and even provided plates and utensils! Would still highly recommend!
Dickey’s BBQ catered an event I was at, the food was amazing, and they were truly wonderful the whole time. I highly recommend Dickeys to anyone looking for good barbecue.
The food here was great! Had the brisket and smoked Turkey. The meat was juicy and so tender. Also had a baked potato. It could have been warmer as the cold toppings really cooled it down quickly and I ate a less than room temp potato before I was 1/2-way through it.
The staff were friendly but clearly distracted by a very large takeout order they were assembling. My friend and I had to repeat our choices multiple times to the order taker and to the cashier. And then when our order was “ready” they again asked us about our sides and potato toppings.
The store was clean and welcoming - even a fireplace for the cold night we were there.
Didn’t take pictures as I was enjoying the company of my friend instead.
Would definitely recommend this store - despite the staff shortcomings at that time.
Dickey’s catered an event for us. The brisket on the sandwich was smoky and the barbecue sauce cut through the fattiness of the brisket. The mac and cheese was also nice and creamy.
